The hotel's rooms are nice and clean, but a bit crowded with unnecessary furniture like an extra table. My room had a comfortable king-size bed but unfortunately, it lacked a view as it was at the end of the aisle. The location is convenient for exploring the city and being close to Galerías Mall, but it doesn't get much sunlight throughout the day. The service was good with prompt assistance, especially in retrieving my lost wallet, but there is room for improvement to cater to all guests. The dining options offered a tasty mix of Nicaraguan and American breakfast, though more variety would have been welcomed.
I checked into the hotel and found it to be a mixed experience. The room had some excellent amenities, but unfortunately, I had to switch rooms due to a strong unpleasant smell. The service was top-notch, especially when helping with my business documents, but the dining options left something to be desired. The location was convenient for exploring the city but lacked all-day sunlight for sunbathing. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
I loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. The sunny pool deck and gym facilities were great, but the lack of proper AC management was a letdown.
